"Poorhouse Kirkland 30" (Fred route). Wheels roll at 8:00 expect to finish by 10:30 with rest stop at mile 19 Kirkland Grocery.
This should be 14-15MPH post ride average. Faster on flats and slower on rollers. Need: helmet, hydration, snack, extra tube and $ for rest stop.
