Straight to Ale is letting SCCC use the Speakeasy Lounge for our monthly meetings! STA is not staffing the bar, but you can order at the main bar in the taproom.
Join us on March 11 to learn how yoga can support you as a cyclist.
Eva Jtineant Nave holds
an RYT 500 certificate in Baptiste style yoga. She currently teaches hot power yoga at Phaze 3, corporate, cancer and private. Over the past 6 years, she has taught gentle, chair, senior, children and cancer patients. She enjoyed cycling with Spring City, but has been on a break for almost a year. Please wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. Bring a towel/mat and your curiosity!
